Organizer - resource administration MinerFarm

Member - a project user, a private person receiving the services provided by the organizer, and in particular the project "MinerFarm".

1.1 The organizer reserves the right to make changes and / or additions to the rules of the game, the gameplay.

1.2 By registering, the participant agrees with the rules of the project and undertakes not to violate them.

2.1 The organizer provides the playground for the participant for leisure time and free time with the possibility of making money, and in no way forces the participant to use these services.

2.2 A participant may make his own funds to achieve game progress.

2.3 A participant may order the payment of funds received as a result of his activities and achievements in the project.

3.1 Do not use profanity and words / phrases that do not correspond to the «censorship » framework when communicating using the provided game chat and personal messaging system.

3.2 Timely report identified errors and shortcomings in the site and the gameplay and not use them for personal purposes.

3.4 Do not use means of communication to advertise any third-party resources.

3.5. Be responsible for any financial transactions in your account even if they were not conducted by the participant himself.

3.6 Do not condemn the actions of other participants and the organizer of the site.

3.7 Do not use undocumented features (bugs) and game software errors and immediately inform the Organizer about them, as well as about persons using these errors.

3.8 Do not use external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the project.

3.9 The participant must independently take care of the necessary computer security measures, keep secret and not transfer his username and password to other persons, participants. The participant himself carries the entire risk of the adverse effects of the disclosure of these data.

4.1 Ensure maximum availability of the project on the Internet, report all planned technical work.

4.2 Constantly provide the ability to withdraw earned funds without any restrictions, within a period not later than three business days. In the case of force majeure circumstances related to payment systems, the organizer has the right to delay payment for up to 1 week.

4.3 Comply with the privacy regime for the personal data of each project participant.

4.4 Provide timely technical support and assistance to project participants through a special section "Help".

4.5 Constantly improve the project for the better, taking into account the views of the majority of project participants.

4.6 Support and correctly distribute the game reserve of the project to provide stable and regular payments to participants.

4.7 Pay at least 100% of the amount of the game reserve for payments, due to investments in the activities of MinerFarm.

5.1 Block or remove the participant from the game without refund of the invested funds and compensation for time in case of rude violations of the rules of the project, or numerous complaints against this participant from other participants in the playground.

6.1 The organizer does not guarantee constant and continuous access to the playground and its services in case of technical problems and / or unforeseen circumstances, including: part-time work or not functioning of the Internet – providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in work, regardless of the reasons for such failures.

6.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be liable for losses of the participant that arose in connection with unlawful actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and game databases, or as a result of interruptions independent of the organizer, suspension or termination of channels and communication networks used to interact with the participant, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.

6.3 The organizer is not liable for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use by the participant of information about the project, game rules and the project itself and is not liable for losses or other harm incurred by the participant in connection with his unskilled actions and lack of knowledge of the game rules or his errors in the calculations.

6.4 The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.
